Yoga, alchemy, dreams, the circle. Four ancestral arts intertwined from the dawn of prehistory to the present. They are always within reach at the portal of breath awareness. When something in you comes apart, "Inhale -- Exhale" brings you back into presence into one piece. You are connected to psyche, spirit, and soul -- the authors of your essential being.
The threads
Four arts, one motion.
Yoga
Yoke. That is the whole of what the word means, and the whole of what it does: two things that had come apart, brought back into one harness. The postures, oral tradition, and philosophy are older than writing, and they were never really about the shape. Your breath knew this before you did.
Alchemy
They bent over the flask for centuries trying to make gold, and what they were describing was you. The blackening, the washing, the slow reddening. It is still the most exact language we have for change that is not a cure, and it never asks you to call your suffering a symptom.
Dreams
Every culture that left a record left dream records. Prehistoric cave paintings depict visions, Gilgamesh dreamed, and the Egyptians built rooms to sleep in and wait. You do not have to believe any of that. The dream came anyway, last night, and it is still here this morning. And if you pay attention, daydreams are right here now too.
The circle
Early humans gathered around the fire circle 2 million years ago in South Africa. People sat in a ring at Göbekli Tepe in southeastern Turkey 12 thousand years ago. We know that the ring has no head of the table. What is spoken in the dream circle is both yours and the story of humanity. That is the medicine.
As within, so without.
The Emerald Tablet, and the oldest sentence in the practice.
One architecture
The threads are braided through every module.
One template underneath all of it. Three phases, and inside each module three things held together at once: something in the body, something in the work, something in the practice. They are not laid side by side. They are woven.
The body
A chakra

The work
An alchemical operation

The practice

One focus per module
Descent and grief
You go down first. Not because suffering is noble, but because what surfaces first is usually the thing you have been holding at arm’s length, and it cannot be worked from a distance.
Alchemical transformation
The long middle. Nothing is solved here. Things are worked. The blackening, the whitening, the reddening: the old texts named these centuries before anyone thought to call it psychology, and they are still the better names.
Emergence and renewed relatedness
You come back up, and you come back into relation. Not the same person who went down. Not a cured one either. There is no word for it in the clinical vocabulary, which is part of why the old one is still useful.
Cut three ways
One template, cut three ways. The full twelve modules are not offered on their own. The cuts are what you would actually walk.
One dream, met in full
A single dream
Where nearly everyone starts, and the whole practice in miniature. Your dream kept whole, read closely, and returned to you in writing. Nothing is decided for you and nothing is filed away.
Eight modules, root to crown
The eight-module arc
Each module takes a chakra, an alchemical operation and a line from the sutras, and holds the three of them together for as long as you need it to. The last one carries what you gathered on the way up back down to the ground you started from.
Each module comes with an astrological and tarot companion after Sharman-Burke, Greene, Hamaker-Zondag and Wang, and a courtship with the dream itself after Toko-pa Turner.
Week by week, with no set ending
The weekly arc
No grid, no fixed count. It follows the stages of the great work across whatever your dreams are doing, which leaves room for what is actually happening to you between one week and the next.
Built around Robert Moss’s twelve secrets of the imagination as a standing structure.

The pairings are set with you, against your own dreams and the questions you are actually carrying. No two have been alike.
A conversation first, and nothing is decided in it.
Questions
Before you write.
Who is this for?
People already doing this on their own who have found it asks more than they can answer alone. Some arrive as dreamers. Some are practitioners in their own right. If you are keeping a journal and the journal has started keeping you, this was built for you.
Which shape is mine?
That is what the first conversation is for. It depends on what you are bringing, how much of it there is, and whether you want an ending. Most people begin with a single dream and find out from there.
How long does it take?
The eight-module arc goes at your pace. Some have finished in eight weeks and some have taken eight months, and neither is the right answer. The weekly arc has no set ending. A single dream is one dream, returned in writing.
Do I need to have shared a dream first?
No, though most people arrive that way. A single dream is the smallest version of all of this, and everything longer is built out of it.
Is this therapy?
No. It is dreamwork. Daniel’s clinical practice is a separate thing and it is described on the clinical consultation page.
What does it cost?
Discussed directly, once we know which shape it is.
