Terms of Service
Terms
The agreements that hold the circle. This is a working draft, offered in plain language, so you know where you stand before you bring a dream.
1. Nature of the service
DreamCircle offers depth-psychology dreamwork. You submit a written dream, and Daniel Pagano returns a written, multi-voice translation. This work is educational, spiritual, and reflective. It is not therapy, not medical care, and not mental-health treatment. No doctor-patient, therapist-client, or other clinical relationship is created by using DreamCircle. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or advise on any medical or psychological condition.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. DreamCircle is not for minors. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
3. What the dreamer receives
After payment and submission, you receive a private written response composed through the DreamCircle voices. The response is for your personal reflection only. It is not a directive to act without further discernment, and it is not a clinical recommendation. The dreamer remains the final authority on the meaning of their own dream.
4. Payment
The base offering is $180 for one voice. Each additional voice is $30. Fees are due in advance in U.S. dollars. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis if work has not yet substantially begun.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to submit content that is illegal, threatening, defamatory, infringing, or that violates another person's rights. Do not use DreamCircle to seek emergency or crisis care. We reserve the right to decline or stop work on any submission that violates these standards.
6. Intellectual property
The DreamCircle name, materials, methods, voice names, and written responses are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may keep and use your personal response for private reflection. You may not reproduce, resell, publicly post, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
DreamCircle is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any particular outcome, insight, or result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DreamCircle and Daniel Pagano are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific submission at issue.
8. If you are in crisis
DreamCircle is not a crisis service and does not provide emergency care. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number. For mental-health support in the United States, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988, or visit 988lifeline.org. If you are outside the U.S., reach out to a local crisis service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with an effective date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
This draft is a starting point for attorney review and is not legal advice. If anything here is unclear, please contact us before submitting a dream.
