Frequently asked questions

The things dreamers tend to ask before they bring a dream to the circle.

What is a dream translation?

A dream translation is a slow, careful reading of the images and feeling-tones in your dream, rendered in clear language you can live with. I listen for what the dream is doing, not just what it seems to say, and let its own logic lead. The result is a written response that honors the dream as a guest who has traveled far.

Who reads my dream?

I do — Daniel Pagano, a human guide of thirty-three years, not an algorithm or a panel. Your dream arrives only to me, and I sit with it the way I would sit with a friend telling me something important.

Is this therapy?

No — dream translation is reflective, soulful work, but it is not therapy, counseling, or clinical treatment. If what you need is psychological or medical care, I will gladly help you find the right professional. This work is companionship for the symbolic life, not a replacement for licensed support.

How is my dream kept private and secure?

Your dream is held in confidence: it is not used to train models, not shared for research, and not fed into any third-party service beyond the encrypted intake form and my own secure systems. I treat it as private material, and I keep only what is needed to return your translation to you.

What are the voices?

The voices are distinct lenses through which I listen — depth psychology, myth and symbol, the body, and contemplative presence, among others. Each voice asks the dream a slightly different question, so the translation can become rounder than any single reading. Together they form a circle around the dream, not a verdict upon it.

What does it cost?

A base translation is $180; each additional voice you invite is $30. Most dreamers begin with one or two voices and let the dream decide whether it wants more.

How long until I receive it?

I return most translations within three to five days. Some dreams ask for more time, and if yours does, I will tell you plainly before I begin.
